Job Title: CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at American Traveler. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Job Summary:

This is a travel job opportunity for a CT Technologist to work in Tamarac, Florida. The ideal candidate will have current professional licensure as required by the state and proof of eligibility to work in the United States. A valid BLS through the American Heart Association is also required. Specialty-related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific travel positions.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients during the scan and ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current professional licensure as required by the state.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid BLS through the American Heart Association.
