We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Interim HealthCare Inc. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes to help them regain their strength, manage their pain, and reach their goals.

About the Role:

  • Assist the physician or other licensed practitioner in evaluating the level of patient function and performance and equipment needs.
  • Develop and implement a plan of care/treatment, including appropriate long and short-term treatment goals, selection of interventions, and the intensity, frequency, and duration of services.
  • Provide physical therapy services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.

Requirements:

  • Current South Carolina Physical Therapy (PT) license.
