Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a Weekend Supervisor at our Bastrop, TX facility. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced RN with a passion for patient-centered care and leadership skills to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the care of our residents on weekends and ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of resident care plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nurse assistants (CNAs) to ensure they provide excellent care to residents.
- Participate in regular rounds to assess resident condition, document changes, and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed and implemented.
- Identify potential issues and develop strategies to prevent errors or complications.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other events related to resident care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Texas RN license.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) systems.

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
