Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with a team of associates to receive and sort packages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure that packages are directed to the correct destination on time, meeting productivity targets and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with the Sort Supervisor and other team members to address any delays or issues.
  • Participate in pre-sort meetings to discuss daily goals and safe operations.
  • Contribute to the company's results in safety, productivity, cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Utilize internal technology and systems to conduct operations efficiently.
  • Assist in warehouse areas as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Enforce and follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to use scanning devices and other basic computer skills (preferred).
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision.
