Under the supervision of the department manager or designated representative, this role is essential in facilitating the operations of the unit by executing administrative and reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the medical records are accurately maintained and organized.
- Effectively communicate using established protocols and systems.
- Collaborate efficiently with other departments.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of unit supplies and forms.
- Take initiative for personal professional growth and assist in the development of colleagues.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Compensation: Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,500, contingent upon a two-year commitment. The compensation range for this position is $21.16 per hour.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary.
- Licensure: None required.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves prolonged periods of sitting, frequent bending, and stooping. Proficient communication, auditory, and visual skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to write clearly. The candidate should be capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling as needed.
