Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient-centered care and making a significant impact on the health and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and provide therapeutic interventions to individuals dealing with injuries, illnesses, and disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance, restore, improve, and maintain essential skills necessary for daily living and work-related activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff, nursing aids, physicians, and physical therapists, to ensure seamless communication and coordination among healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the hospital's commitment to providing comprehensive and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
