About the Job

As a Respiratory Therapist at Pine Ridge Physicians Regional Health System, you will be responsible for administering pharmacological, diagnostic, and therapeutic agents related to respiratory procedures and services for treatment, rehabilitation, and diagnostics as prescribed by physicians.

You will also transcribe and implement physician orders pertaining to the practice of respiratory care, assess and monitor signs and symptoms, and initiate emergency procedures when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • FL RRT License.
  • Minimum of one (1) year adult critical care experience in the hospital setting.
  • ACLS/BLS required.
  • PALS, NRP, and ACCS preferred.
