Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Skyline Healthcare Center-San Jose. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their health status and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, promoting patient-centered care.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current CPR certification.
