Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in West Los Angeles, California. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and interpret examination findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction relative to persons limited by medical problems, birth defects, or health-related conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore patients' abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives.
- Administer or prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote healing and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.
- Provide education and advice to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and timely, in accordance with regulatory requirements and Kaiser Permanente policies.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist License (California) or Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required at hire.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required at hire.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Experience in musculoskeletal and pediatric physical therapy preferred.
