Job Description

Resolute Building Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal/Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the company owner and family owned LLCs. The role is part-time, hybrid, with approximately 20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks, both desktop and online versions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare year-end reports for the CPA who will handle taxes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail at the office.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills for a semi-retired company owner.
