Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school district with a strong reputation for supporting staff and students. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations to determine students' abilities and limitations in various functional areas.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve students' abilities to perform daily activities and participate in school-related tasks.
  • Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring of students' progress toward goals.
  • Collaborate with other members of the school team to ensure students receive comprehensive and coordinated services.
Requirements
  • Current state license in North Dakota.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
