Nutrition Specialist

AdeIphi MedicaI Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team in a part-time role at a Medicare certified residential service facility in Missouri.

• Registered and licensed in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Clinical Dietitian preferred
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of dietetics and nutrition, and of food service systems management
• Ability to complete nutritional assessments; create nutrition and diet plans based on the assessed health needs of the consumers as directed by doctors

• Monitor and document patients progress and consult with physicians as needed
• Review diagnosis and design nutrition plans for patients, including nutrition assessment, implementation, and progress towards nutrition goals
• Educate and provide guidance to staff, patients and families regarding diet plans
• Administer and advise food service operations to ensure menus are compliant with prescribed nutritional plans
• Record any weight gain or reduction in medical charts and personal files
• Prepare monthly progress reports on each patient
