AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
- Kalamazoo, MI: Seeking a part-time nurse for night or evening shifts with a toddler client. Flexibility is available for shifts extending until 1 AM or later.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN).
- Current licensure as an RN or LPN in Michigan.
- Ability to read, write, and adhere to established care plans.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle with insurance compliant with state regulations.
- Access to an internet-capable device for electronic documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for nursing practices in accordance with state regulations and home health standards.
- Conduct physical assessments and participate in comprehensive evaluations as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
- Promptly report any changes in patient conditions to the supervising physician and care team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the patient’s Plan of Care.
- Demonstrate technical nursing skills within legal and personal scope of practice.
- Provide care with respect for individual and cultural differences.
- Adhere to agency policies and accreditation standards.
- Proactively work to enhance the quality of patient care and prevent adverse outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient care.
