Key Responsibilities- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure all areas of the Center are cleaned and sanitized according to OSHA guidelines, with a focus on the operating rooms.
- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as emptying trash and restocking supplies.
- Support to OR Staff: Assist with setting up and turning over operating rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Special Projects: Participate in special cleaning projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as hospitality or healthcare.
- Skills: Ability to lift 25-40 pounds, sit/stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range $20-$28 per hour.
- Benefits Package: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as vacation, sick, education, and jury duty time off accruals.
