About the Role

Rasmussen University is seeking dynamic Part-Time Adjunct instructors to teach within the Nursing program at our Fargo campus.

As a Nursing Adjunct Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for nursing with students and contribute to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach lecture, laboratory, and clinical practicum courses in the Nursing program as assigned.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and multiple teaching techniques to engage students.
  • Model appropriate learning skills and create an environment conducive to learning for a diverse student population.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Documented experience in Mental Health roles.
  • 1-year clinical experience as an RN required, 2+ years preferred.
  • Proof of active RN licensure that has never been encumbered.
