**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
* Complete all activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
* Supply personal companionship and engage with each client and their family
* Assist with care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
* Perform administrative functions, such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client\u2019s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
