Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Recdeal Energy Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business with existing and new customers.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Develop New Business: Utilize your expertise to establish strong relationships with current and potential clients, driving growth through strategic sales initiatives.
• Meet Sales Goals: Collaborate with the team to set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Customer Visits: Regularly visit clients to foster deep understanding of their needs, building trust and loyalty.
• Product Presentation: Showcase our innovative products with in-depth knowledge, highlighting value proposition and competitive advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree: In a related field such as business or marketing.
• Experience: Proven track record in planning and implementing successful sales strategies, coupled with exceptional customer relationship management skills.
• Leadership: Experience in directing and managing sales programs, with a keen eye for detail and ability to drive results.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
