- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in finish application is a plus.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive finish application is required.
- Familiarity with finishing techniques and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while also being self-motivated.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
