BrightSpring Health Services has four decades of experience in the disability services field. We provide comprehensive support to individuals who need assistance with daily living. Our services include community living, adult host homes, behavioral/mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare, and supported employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
  • Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
  • Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment
  • Encourage self-help activities
  • Accompany clients to scheduled appointments

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
