Job Overview

SPIROL Shim Division is seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating high-precision presses to fabricate thin metal components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate 30-100 ton open back punch single die manual presses to produce high-quality metal parts.
  • Load raw materials, set up machines, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Familiarity with inspection gauges and equipment, as well as ability to follow priorities and achieve goals.
  • No sitting, lifting, or bending restrictions; must be able to lift 35 lbs.
