The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator (FMC) role involves acting as a liaison and coordinator for preventative maintenance of the Construction Facilities Maintenance Office (CFMO) on Camp Dodge. This position requires traveling daily to Iowa National Guard facilities within the western 1/3 of the state.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as secondary facility maintenance point of contact for emergency, urgent, routine, and planned maintenance work order requests supporting IANG infrastructure.
- Identify maintenance needs, create schedules, and plan maintenance activities to ensure repair completion within scheduled times.
- Provide timely and cost-effective solutions to maintenance requests.

Requirements:
- Three years of full-time work experience in the building and trades industry.
- One year of full-time work experience as a Maintenance Repairer in the state executive branch.
