We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Supervisor to join our team at CSL Behring. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our site core processes, ensuring the timely completion of calibration activities.

• Leadership and Coaching

Provide guidance and support to Metrology Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Collaborate with the Metrology Manager and Metrology Engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our processes.

Ensure that all calibration activities are conducted in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the maintenance and calibration of instrumentation and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Assist in the training and development of hourly personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in Metrology functions within the pharmaceutical industry or plant engineering, machine engineering, or process engineering in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.

Proficient knowledge of GMPs, strong verbal and technical writing skills, and ability to develop cohesive presentations.

Microsoft Office applications, Trackwise, SAP, and other relevant software.
