About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Clinician to join our team in providing high-quality infusion therapy services to patients in their homes, clinics, or alternate living sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Act as a resource for home care nursing staff on infusion therapy-related matters
  • Serve as the primary communication link during off-hours, providing triage to patients and families
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire
  • 2 years of Critical Care, Oncology, or Home Infusion experience
