Position Overview

Role Summary:

The FP&A Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s distribution framework under the supervision of the Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports while analyzing variances.
  • Develop ad hoc reports for executive leadership as required.
  • Effectively manage changing priorities in high-pressure situations.
  • Construct financial models to validate assumptions and assess impacts for long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Provide support across multiple locations within the distribution network.
  • Oversee data management in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, and assist in the deployment of OneStream.
  • Engage in monthly general ledger closing activities and prepare necessary journal entries.
  • Support various reporting obligations for lenders, private equity stakeholders, audits, and regulatory agencies.
  • Offer insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for FP&A background.
  • Possession of an MBA and CPA certifications is advantageous.
  • Proficient understanding of GAAP and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a distribution setting is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with OneStream, Oracle Hyperion Planning, or similar financial databases is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, including financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
