Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and baking of pastries, viennoiserie, and other bakery items
- Preparation of doughs, cookies, batters, and fillings
- Preparation of mise en place
- Assist in preparation and packing of wholesale deliveries
- Proactive assistance with kitchen cleanliness and organization
