Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at a prestigious school near Hesperia, California. As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students' communication goals
  • Collaborate with special education staff to provide comprehensive support to students
  • Manage an elementary caseload and provide speech therapy services to students
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state license
  • Previous experience in school and/or pediatrics strongly preferred
  • Experience with IEPs preferred
