As a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients at the San Marcos Adults Clinic. With a focus on personalized care, you will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive services, including family medicine, chiropractic, podiatry, and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide health care services to patients with acute episodic conditions or chronic problems, as well as those seeking health evaluation, preventive care, and education and counseling.
- Work closely with the Adults Health Center/Clinic Manager to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- National Provider Identification Number (NPI).
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Two (2) years' experience as a Family Medicine Adults Advanced Practice Provider.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $115,000.00 to $170,000.00 Annually.
