Role Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide direct clinical services, including medication administration and treatment implementation, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Main Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing direct clinical services, including medication administration and treatment implementation
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a current LPN license in the state of North Carolina or a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
