We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at PeaceHealth. As a RN Clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide education and support to patients and families
