  • Customer Advocacy: Be the champion for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing their experience effectively.
  • Team Supervision: Clearly communicate expectations to your team of restoration technicians and oversee their daily activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate production processes and ensure that quality control measures are upheld throughout each project.
  • Safety Management: Identify potential hazards and implement safety protocols to protect both workers and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of job files to support the services rendered.
  • Resource Management: Control labor and material usage on assigned projects, ensuring efficient use of equipment and supplies.

Position Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience in the cleaning and restoration industry is essential.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Relevant IICRC certifications are mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including tight spaces and at heights.
  • Willingness to travel locally and out of state as needed.

Compensation:
The starting pay rate is competitive and based on experience, with opportunities for overtime and merit-based increases.
