About the Role

This position requires a Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hospital setting and be familiar with electronic medical records systems. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as tuition reimbursement and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting preferred.
