Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. As a Physical Therapist, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories to assess their physical needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Develop and implement appropriate interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance activities.
- Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
- A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
