Multifaceted Handyman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Handyman to join our team at QuickFix Services LLC. As a skilled handyman, you will perform a variety of tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance: Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance duties.
• Locksmith Services: Provide locksmith services, including lock installation, repair, and maintenance.
• System Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems, including pipes, fixtures, sinks, toilets, water heaters, circuit breakers, wiring, and more.
• Carpentry and Drywall Work: Perform repairs or replacements on doors, windows, cabinets, trim, shelving, fences, and drywall patching.
• Exterior Structure Repair: Conduct repairs to siding, roofing, gutters, decks, fences, patios, and other outdoor structures.
• Landscaping and Trash-Out Services: Perform lawn care, hedge trimming, tree pruning, and general upkeep of exterior areas, as well as remove unwanted items or debris from properties.
• Pest Control and Winterization: Manage pest control services and take necessary precautions to protect properties during the winter months.
• Respond to Requests: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, approximately $2,200 per week, with material and gas fees covered.
