The Rehancement Group, a professional services and consulting firm, is committed to supporting government clients with highly qualified professionals.
We are seeking an experienced Energy Resilience Strategist to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience and Optimization (ODASD(ER&O).
This hybrid position may be performed at The Mark Center in Alexandria, VA, The Pentagon, TRG headquarters in McLean, VA, or remotely. Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Core hours are between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Institutionalize lessons learned for future operations, analyzing logistics, supply, and other systems that can reduce theater energy demands.
- Support consistent oversight of energy resilience processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop partnerships to advance organizational priorities and mission.
- Produce analytical products, policy guidance, tools, meeting minutes, briefings, reports, Congressional testimony, and responses to questions for the record.
