We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team at InnoTECH Staffing in Vermont. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our anaerobic digester pretreatment facilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in wastewater treatment and maintenance, with experience in monitoring and troubleshooting plant processing pumps, piping, tanks, and equipment. You will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with various stakeholders including plant operators, outside vendors, and managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor all parameters and performance of plant and equipment, including hydraulic flows, temperatures, pH, COD, VFA, pressures, and renewable power generation. Optimize facility throughput, including feedstock volume, effluent volume, and renewable energy production.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Conduct compliance audits, safety inspections, provide routine reporting, and upload results in required tracking systems. Ensure compliance with state and local wastewater permits, air quality permits, and solid waste permits.
  • Maintenance and Inventory Control: Inventory control of consumables, such as chemicals, reagents, and spare parts utilizing CMMS. Oversee the biological process, feedstock receiving, hydraulic pumping, chemical feed systems, filtration systems, phosphorus sequestration, dewatered solids removal, and biogas utilization system.

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $24 - $35 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
