Position Overview:

The Sanitation Specialist is tasked with maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the facility during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring that all equipment and work areas meet the highest standards of sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly cleans machinery, including scales, formers, and chutes.
  • Responsible for cleaning overflow and waste tubs.
  • Conducts sweeping and mopping of all floor areas.
  • Performs detailed cleaning of Hayssen Machines.
  • Ensures handrails and mezzanines are kept clean.
  • Mops office floors and cleans breakrooms, restrooms, and locker rooms.
  • Follows safety protocols and wears protective gear as required.
  • Adheres to food safety, legality, and quality policies, including GMP's and HACCP standards.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Sanitation Manager after receiving proper training.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents, instructions, and diagrams.
  • Proficient in applying mathematical concepts to real-world scenarios.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with team members.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
