Occupational Therapy Clinical Leader

At Nationwide Children's Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader in Occupational Therapy to join our team. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Occupational Therapy department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Occupational Therapy department
- Ensure that all staff members are meeting the highest standards of care and professionalism
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the department
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and support for our patients
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure they are meeting their full potential
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
