Salary
The compensation package for this role includes an estimated annual salary of $87,500, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional who will cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, empowering them towards healing and growth. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, nurturing new client relationships, participating in regular staff meetings, pursuing ongoing professional development, and contributing to the growth of our practice through referrals and networking opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a graduate degree from an accredited institution (MA, MSW, PsyD, EdD, PhD), the capacity to integrate progressive Christian, Biblical, and spiritual frameworks into counseling situations, state licensure or pursuit thereof, and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with clients or recent graduates with theoretical sophistication and interpersonal warmth.
