Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Planet Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Jackson, Tennessee.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work with our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiologic procedures using imaging equipment such as X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any emergencies that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • 2+ years of experience in radiology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
