Participants in this structured program within Investment Banking and Capital Markets can expect a defined career trajectory that may lead to promotions and further professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and evaluating Leveraged Finance transactions with a focus on credit, leverage, and covenant analysis.
  • Conducting comprehensive financial analyses autonomously, including market trends, pricing strategies, and structural evaluations relevant to current and prospective clients.
  • Collaborating closely with Leveraged Finance Origination bankers and corporate coverage teams, as well as credit partners.
  • Assisting deal teams in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for clients, rating agencies, and potential investors.
  • Partnering with all deal team members to ensure seamless execution for clients and investors.
  • Enhancing understanding of market dynamics and investor preferences to inform transaction structuring and pricing.
  • Maintaining various databases related to new debt issues, secondary trading, and syndication.

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, which include successful completion of a background check. Internal transfers must comply with regulatory requirements.

Employees play a crucial role in fostering strong customer relationships while upholding a culture centered on risk management and compliance. They are responsible for executing all relevant risk programs, adhering to Wells Fargo policies, fulfilling compliance obligations, and making informed risk decisions. Emphasis is placed on proactive monitoring, governance, and risk identification.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in an Investment Banking Program or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.

  • Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Expectations:

  • Completion of FINRA Series 63 registration within 90 days of hire if not transferable upon hire.
  • Completion of FINRA Series 79 registration within 90 days of hire if not transferable upon hire.
  • Completion of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam within 90 days of hire if not transferable upon hire.

Compensation:

  • Base salary range: $110,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD annually.
