Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced product manager to define the product vision and spearhead the strategy and execution for the Bitcoin Platform team.

We are in search of an outstanding leader who can cultivate, mentor, and expand a team of product managers.

Your role will involve formalizing and scaling the product management function, which includes establishing organizational best practices and fostering a strong product culture within the Bitcoin Platform team, while also steering the overarching product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the leadership team to articulate a vision for the future of the Bitcoin platform.

Engage closely with the broader Product organization (including Cash App, Square, TBD, Bitkey, C=) to ensure comprehensive platform support for various business units leveraging Bitcoin.

Participate in the ideation, design, launch, and optimization of the Bitcoin platform, while defining product requirements, drafting product specifications, and overseeing product launches.

Work alongside a cross-functional team (comprising engineers, designers, compliance experts, data scientists, and operations) on a daily basis to deliver innovative and exceptional experiences at scale.

Focus on execution efficiency, making tactical decisions that balance business priorities with available resources.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, utilizing data to guide product decisions.

Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery.

Take ownership of complex challenges that span organizational boundaries; serve as the escalation point for senior leadership concerns.

Conduct and lead user research, perform data analysis, and execute market analysis to gather valuable product insights.
