Job Summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Santa Clara, California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for adult and child members with a range of mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with treating physicians, psychiatric, and allied health professionals to develop and direct individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct outpatient psychotherapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Chart member treatment and progress in accordance with state regulations and department procedures.
  • Make referrals to case managers and community support services as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) certification.
  • Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and professional board standards.
