Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver financial insights to assess the annual operating budget, strategic initiatives, and forecasting activities.
- Analyze run rates and identify key business drivers and trends.
- Compile and present budget versus actual expenditure reports, providing valuable insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners to enhance understanding.
- Project near-term profit and loss statements to inform business strategies.
- Support the monthly closing process, including preparation of journal entries.
- Examine data to produce targeted reports aimed at performance enhancement.
- Contribute to financial review presentations and sales incentive plans.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficient in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Hyperion, BPC, or TM1 is advantageous.
