POSITION SUMMARY: The role of a Campus Representative involves acting as a liaison for the student community at the University of Saint Mary. This position supports the admissions office in attracting potential students by showcasing the diverse programs and services offered at the university. This is a compensated part-time role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct informative campus tours
• Engage with prospective students
• Advocate for student activities and resources
• Reach out to potential students through phone communications
• Assist in organizing special events as required (including some evenings and weekends)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be an enrolled student at USM with commendable academic performance
• Willingness to dedicate 6-7 hours weekly, which may include evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Exhibit leadership qualities
• Participate in monthly meetings and mandatory training sessions
