We are looking for a talented Advanced Practice Provider to join our Interventional Pain team at Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, MI. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with medically complex needs, working closely with physicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Your expertise in procedures such as trigger points and ultrasound joint injections will enable us to enhance our patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with medically complex needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring providers and other stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Michigan
  • At least three years of experience in a related field, preferably in interventional pain management
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits

(The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Corewell Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.)
