Job Title: Sedan Driver

Job Summary:
As a Sedan Driver with Marriott International, you will provide safe and courteous transportation for guests and VIPs to and from various destinations. You will provide accurate and current information to guests about the resort, transportation options, attractions, and the city. You will assist with airport arrivals, departures, and meet and greet services. You will follow all company and safety policies and procedures, report maintenance problems, and complete safety training and certifications. You will display a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. You will speak with others using clear and professional language, develop and maintain positive working relationships, and verify adherence to quality expectations and standards. You will read and visually verify information in various formats, visually inspect tools and equipment, and move at a speed required to respond to work situations. You will stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift, move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance. You will move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, up and down stairs and/or service ramps, reach overhead and below the knees, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related work experience: 1-year experience in Guest Services and driving. No supervisory experience.

License or Certification:
