Job Description

Job Summary:

The Store Manager Trainee is a key role in the development of future Store Managers at Eclipse RTO, LLC. This position is designed to provide intensive training and hands-on experience in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management:
    • Set daily and weekly sales goals and monitor progress
    • Oversee sales activities and approve rental agreements
    • Monitor and follow up on customer accounts
  • Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales and profit goals
    • Schedule and organize daily activities and goals of store staff
    • Oversee staffing, recruiting, and hiring of store staff
    • Maximize retention of store staff and reduce turnover
    • Support company programs, policies, and processes
    • Train and develop store staff in sales and account management skills
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues
    • Protect company assets through expense management and inventory control
  • Store Operations:
    • Ensure store appearance and merchandising meet company standards
    • Monitor and improve store operations to provide exceptional customer service
  • Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of retail or management experience
    • Completion of Eclipse RTO, LLC's Store Manager Development Program
    • Demonstrated ability to perform all essential job functions at the Assistant Manager level
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications
    • Valid state driver's license and good driving record

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours.
