Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced automotive technician to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock. As an automotive technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including Mercedes-Benz models. You will work closely with our service team to ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards and that our customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with vehicles, including electrical and mechanical issues
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the service they receive
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
  • ASE certification in multiple areas, including brakes, electrical systems, and engine repair
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
