About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team in Richardson, TX. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for conducting pre and post assemble functions, including product testing, repairing electrical/electronic equipment, and reading specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair or replace electrical or electronic component parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures, and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring and assembly casings, using electronic material, soldering and electrical equipment.
  • Inspect and test wiring installations, assemblies and circuits for resistance factors for operation and record results.
  • Evaluate and diagnose root cause of product testing failures.
  • Repair and maintain electrical test equipment, recommending replacements when necessary.
  • Navigate Bom management systems to ensure assembly processes and procedures are updated.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 – 2 years material handling experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to exert up to 35 lbs of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, socket wrenches, hammers, pliers, wire cutters, tape measure, and other job-related tools.
  • Required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to gain certification, operate and maintain Forklift certification throughout employment time.
