Work Schedule
This position requires working on a 2-2-3, 12 hour night shift schedule from 6pm-6am. The schedule pattern is summarized below:

Responsibilities
- Implement timely People development plan, ensuring team proficiency and exceeding job requirements
- Maintain a secure work environment, meeting quality goals and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
- Mentor employees for job success and surpassing expectations
- Enforce quality controls, immediate corrective actions, and compliance with regulations
- Manage employee relations, skill distribution, new product launches, and effective maintenance to optimize operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred AND 2 years of leadership experience
- OR 5 years of supervisory / management experience
- Willing to work in a factory where ambient conditions may be very cold, wet or warm
